At VibraX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Certain products, such as personal care items, gels, or hygiene products, cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during delivery.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.

  • We will provide a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
