To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during delivery.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
